Öll verð á síðunni eru birt með fyrirvara um prentvillur.

Listamannafélagið Kaolin áskilur sér rétt til að hætta við pantanir, t.d. vegna rangra verðupplýsinga og einnig að breyta verðum eða hætta að bjóða upp á vörutegundir fyrirvaralaust. Þetta á einnig við ef um villur í reiknireglum vefverslunar er að ræða.

Vörur til einkanota

Vörurnar í vefverslun Listamannafélagsins Kaolin eru eingöngu til persónulegra nota. Undir engum kringumstæðum er heimilt að stunda endursölu á vörum Listamannafélagsins Kaolin án tilskilinna leyfa. Listamannafélagið Kaolin áskilur sér rétt til að stöðva afgreiðslu pantana eða halda eftir hluta þeirra ef talið er að þær brjóti í bága við þessa skilmála.

Nákvæmni upplýsinga

Reynt er eftir bestu getu að hafa réttar upplýsingar og vörumyndir í vefverslun. En hver einasti gripur í vefversluninn er handunnin og því getur verið  minniháttar munur í lit og formi og upp geta komið tilvik þar sem um minniháttar  umbúðamun getur verið að ræða. Placing an order

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used for the transaction.
You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your order. We will not dispatch your order until payment has been made.
Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items or delays in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

Prices & Taxes

Prices are quoted in Icelandic krona, Euros, or US dollars depending on your geographical location. You must pay in the currency in which the product price is quoted. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency, you can pay by debit or credit card and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate.

USA

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars and include VAT.

• Additional taxes or customs could apply as everything is shipped from Iceland.

EU

• All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT.

• Additional taxes or customs could apply as everything is shipped from Iceland.

Countries outside EU

• All prices are quoted in US dollars.

• Additional taxes or customs could apply as everything is shipped from Iceland.

• All taxes, VAT, tariffs, customs charges, and others are not included in our prices and are to be paid by the buyer.

• Laws about shipping, goods, taxes, and customs are different in each country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with the local Customs Office to verify whether it permits the shipment of the products to their country.

Freight cost may be added to the price at check out.

Processing Retailer

To maximize security, we never hold any credit/debit card details. They are held by third-party payment providers. Some banks and credit or debit card issuers may charge you an international processing fee. Product Information

We try to be as accurate as possible in the product description. However, we cannot guarantee those product descriptions or other content on the site is correct in all details. In addition, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be exactly right. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Product availability is not guaranteed. In case a product you just bought is not in stock and will no longer be available, you will get a full refund immediately.
Items in Kaolin can occasionally be mispriced. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, even though the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made, we will immediately credit the amount of the incorrect price.

Ownership 

The sold item is the property of the seller until full payment is received. These conditions of business have been in use by Kaolin from the start. The conditions are considered accepted and binding by the client (buyer) when a business has taken place between buyer and seller.
