We offer international shipping. But we reserve the right to reject orders if the risk or the cost is too high. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once full payment has been received, items will ship within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your parcel oncet he order has been shipped.

We ship with the Iceland Post, an economy parcel service. Shipping time can vary depending on destination between 1- 4 weeks.

Delivery for domestic orders usually takes 2-5 business days from the shipment date to arrive. The time for international delivery depends on your country but usually takes about 6-12 days to arrive.

We take extreme care when wrapping your item for dispatch to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our ceramics are protected by a secure layer of bubble wrap, then completely surrounded by filling material to protect the piece during transit. Wherever possible, we use biodegradable and/or recycled packaging products. We encourage our customers to reuse or recycle!

We take great care in packaging your orders as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us with in 24 hrs after receiving the goods. We request photographic proof of breakage or damage and receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is replaceable we will replace it with a new one as soon as possible. If the item is not replaceable we will make a refund. Fortunately, due to very good packing, this issue does not happen very often!

You can either pay with Visa or Mastercard through a safe gateway or use PayPal.

You may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country, this is out of our control.

Each piece is created, glazed, and decorated by hand and can vary slightly in texture, color, and shape. The colors of different screens can also vary and are therefore not completely reliable in showing the exact colors of the items.

All Kaolin Ceramics items are unique, handmade art and applied art pieces. Each piece is made, glazed, and decorated by hand adding to its individual quality and character. They can vary slightly in texture, color, and shape. As we are individual artists we use different materials and methods.
