Þegar neytandi verslar í vefverslun Listamannafélagsins Kaolin er hægt að velja á milli þess að sækja í verslun eða fá pöntunina senda. Á höfuðborgarsvæðinu er hægt að fá vöruna heim að dyrum.
Þegar valið er að fá vöruna heimsenda eða á næsta pósthús er sendingartími að jafnaði 2-5 virkir dagar. Sendingartími er þó mismunandi eftir því hvar neytandi býr, valinni sendingarleið ásamt því að hátíðabundið álag getur haft áhrif á þennan tíma.
Utan höfuðborgarsvæðis er heimsending einungis í boði á þeim svæðum sem Pósturinn býður upp á. Nánari upplýsingar á postur.is.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If the items are specially ordered or custom made it may take longer to ship depending on the circumstances.
We ship with the Iceland Post, economy parcel. Shipping time can vary depending on the destination from 1 - 4 weeks.
We do not offer express shipping as a rule but if you for some reason are in need of quick delivering you can contact us at kaolin@kaolin.is to negotiate extra shipping costs.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kaolin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kaolin@kaolin.is with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
