Skilmála þessa ber að túlka í samræmi við íslensk lög. Rísi mál vegna skilmála þessa skal það rekið fyrir Héraðsdómi Reykjavíkur. Að öðru leyti en að ofan greinir gilda um skilmála þessa ákvæði gildandi laga um persónuvernd og meðferð persónuupplýsinga (nú nr. 77/2000), ákvæði laga um neytendasamninga nr. 16/2016, ákvæði laga um lausafjárkaup nr. 50/2000 eftir því sem við getur átt og ákvæði laga um neytendakaup nr. 48/2003. Allir frestir sem neytendur eiga rétt á í lögum um neytendasamninga byrja að líða þegar móttaka vöru hefur átt sér stað.
